Sodium sulfide production method:
The raw material nitrate (yuanming powder) and anthracite mixed in a certain proportion, high-temperature calcination to take sodium sulfide alkali billet, hot soluble in sodium sulfide semi-finished solution, and then will be matched with sodium sulfide, zinc sulfate solution, plus the main sodium sulfide semi-finished solution for the removal of impurities, precipitation and clarification of the sodium sulfide solution, evaporation and concentration, filming and packaging, i.e., the finished product.
Main applications: used in the manufacture of sulfide dyes, leather dehairing agent, metal smelting, photographic, rayon denitrification, and so on. It is widely used in tanning, papermaking, mineral processing, dyestuff production, organic intermediates, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, monosodium glutamate, artificial fibers, special engineering plastics, polyphenylene sulfide, polyalkali rubber, and also used as the production of sodium thiohydride, sodium polysulfide, sodium thiosulfate, etc. It is also used as the production of sodium thiosulfate.

Sodium hydrosulfide production:
Absorption method uses alkali sulfide solution (or caustic soda solution) to absorb hydrogen sulfide gas. Because hydrogen sulfide gas is toxic, the absorption reaction should be carried out under negative pressure. In order to prevent the tail gas containing hydrogen sulfide gas is too high to pollute the air, the production will be a few absorbers in series operation, after several absorption to make the hydrogen sulfide content down to a lower level. The absorption solution is concentrated to produce sodium hydrosulfide. Its H2S + NaOH → NaHS + H2OH2S + Na2S → 2NaHS
Uses: Used as intermediates in organic synthesis, auxiliaries in the manufacture of sulfide dyes, dehairing and tanning of raw hides, also used in copper ore beneficiation dyestuff industry for the synthesis of organic intermediates and auxiliaries in the preparation of sulfide dyes. Tanning industry is used for dehairing and tanning of hides, also used in waste water treatment. Fertilizer industry is used to remove the monomer sulfur in activated carbon desulfurizer. It is the raw material for manufacturing ammonium sulfide and semi-finished products of pesticide ethanethiol. Used in large quantities in the mining industry for copper ore dressing. Synthetic fiber production is used in sulfite dyeing and other aspects. Used as intermediates of various organic products and auxiliaries of sulfur dyes, also used in leather dehairing, desulfurization of viscous silk and production of fertilizers and pesticides, etc.
